     My favorite golf joke is: On an early morning fall day, three guys, father, son, and grandfather, were ready to tee off on the first hole, when the starter approached and asked the three gentlemen if they'd mind being joined by a forth player. They all shrugged indifferently, until they saw a beautiful young woman accompanying the starter, moving toward the tee. Well, they all agreed, that perhaps this might not be too bad after all. As they all prepared to tee off, the young woman said, "Fellas, if you don't mind, I'd like to play my round without any lessons today." "I'd like to just enjoy the round with you guys", to which they all agreed not to make suggestions to her during the round. The first hole was parred by the young lady, followed by a par at two, three, four, and so on. The three gentlemen were truly impressed with her talent, but as promised, they said nothing to her about her game. Finally, on the 18th hole, the young lady had reached the green in three shots, and had a long breaking putt of about 35 feet, to finish her round at even par. "Fellas", she said. "You've all been really good about not making suggestions today, but I've never shot a perfect par round before." "Here's what I'll do." " Whoever can tell me how to make this putt for par, I promise I'll give you a night with me that you'll never forget." Without pause, the son jumped forward, looked at the line her putt would be on, and announced, "Miss", If you'll aim about a foot left of the hole and give it a good rap, your putt should drop right in." To this the father quickly jumped in and said, "No, that's not the line young lady." If you'll aim just a few inches right of the hole, and just smoothly roll your putt, I"m sure it will go right in." The grandfather, watching intently, calls the young woman over to where he's standing, picks up her ball and hands it to her while whispering in her ear, "That's a gimmie!"
