Played this course on President's Day. It was 65 degrees and sunny. We had a lot of overnight rain, but it was clear and windy. The first thing I noted was how friendly the staff were - I mean all of them. Almost scary, but a great thing!
The practice range was in good shape, and in high use when I arrived. After a warm up bucket we hit the putting green before the first tee. The practice green was not overly wet and the cut was good and the roll true.
We played from the tips, and hole 1 and 2 were wedges from the tee. Number 3 is a crazy up hill dog leg right. I agree with the other reviewer in that this hole should be a par 5.
The last 3 holes were laid out very nicely, with number 9 being my favorite. A long driver off the tee put me in striking distance - missed my birdie, but holed the par. It's a pretty hole from the tips, as the ground drops away from you pretty dramatically.
Overall, the greens rolled nicely and we enjoyed a good pace of play. Moreover, this course is LastMinute Golfer friendly. I'd grab a quick nine here again (via LMG) when I'm in the area.
