Burned frequent golfer yards for the 1st time, so I was a little nervous playing Magnolia for the 1st time.
Not to worry, a good time was had.

My wife and I would definetly play again. They don't have GPS, but do have yardage books that go with your Scorecards, a nice touch with some yardage markers included at each hole, I liked it myself.
We played the Reds and The Blues, the Whites we were told were not quite as nice or on par, but the whites are the elevation change holes, so if you really want the elevation changes, ask for the whites. There were some elevation changes on the blues and reds, but not the same as the whites.
Some of the greens could use some work, such as;the red 5 could use some work, as well as the 7 blue. The dogleg on the red 5 is more of a dogleg than shown in the yardage book.
Not perfect, but definitely worth a try for a LMG deal, and we will be back for the right price, and even with the long drive from St Augustine.
