We played a 2-some here on Victoria Day. Thanks to LMG's $1 a hole promotion, we got it for $18 with a cart. Wonderful! We made the drive from Hamilton to Stouffville to find that our 230pm tee time was pushed back to 4pm! Apparently there had been some frost in the morning so times were pushed back an hour and a half until the frost was thawed. Many people were very upset, we saw some people get a refund and leave. The starter wasnt keeping things going, letting a couple of people take 3 tee shots after shooting into the water. When its that busy and delayed, this shouldnt be happening. It wasnt a big deal for us, we were making a day of it anyways so we enjoyed the patio and ate lunch while waiting to tee off.
The course was in great condition. A couple of holes with very narrow fairways, so make sure your drive is accurate. Tricky greens with equally tricky pin placements. If you werent careful with your approach shot, you could be left with a difficult putt, even within a couple of feet of the pin. There are some nice par 3's shooting over water, which are always fun.
