My foursome played this course on Sunday, November 9th. I redeemed my yards to play a "red flag", so it was $22 per person for the round, which I thought was great considering it was a weekend.
The clubhouse was very nice. I didn't look around at equipment, so I cannot write on that aspect, but it appeared to be well equipped as far as clothing goes. The staff was quite friendly and got us out earlier than our tee time was listed (which was a big bonus, considering how soon it gets dark now.)
Carts: I had heard/read that they had GPS. They don't anymore. Bummer....
Tee Boxes & Greens: I had heard/read that they weren't in the best shape. They appeared to be in good-to-very good shape. The greens ran extremely fast. Didn't notice any bare spots on greens at all. Tee boxes were well-maintained.
Fairways: Due to the season, they were yellow in places and green in others (which I expected). They were easy to play from and I would say well-maintained. I would rate them as good, as they were firm but not too hard.
During play: Pace was good (4 hour round.) Marshalls were out and seen often. No beverage cart during the round.
Overall, an enjoyable round. I would play here again. A great bargin if booked through LMG, and especially if redeeming yards.
